Description
This moderately hard wood has a coarse grain.
The colours of its heartwood vary from a light pink to a dark red. The sapwood ranges from a white to a peculiar greyish colour.
Due to its interlocked grain, it is considered hard to work with and deformations may occur during the drying process.
